Tania Hidalgo began her real estate career as a licensed real estate assistant for a builder. After several years working closely with new home construction, she joined The Newcomer Group, bringing with her a deep, hands-on understanding of contracts, design, and the small details that make a property truly stand out.

Today, Tania serves buyers and sellers throughout St. Augustine, Fernandina Beach, and the greater Jacksonville area.
